The purpose built resort of Costa Teguise is Lanzarote´s second most
popular resort. It is situated just north of Arrecife in the north east
of the island, less than 30 minutes transfer from the airport.
Costa Teguise is a pleasant tranquil resort which has been constructed
in the typical Lanzarote style with low rise whitewashed buildings and
brightly painted window shutters.
The
constant breeze across the main beach makes this the ideal spot for
windsurfing and the white sandy beach is perfect for sunbathing,
reading, relaxing and the occasional swim.
The resort currently has the only 18 hole golf course on Lanzarote and
is the home to the island's only waterpark.
